No channels, login failed, or playlist error

Try these one at a time. After each step, check if it's fixed.

  1. Check your subscription is active

Seeing error 404 or error 401? That usually means your trial or subscription has expired (what to do). To renew, call us at 902-306-4096.

  2. Just upgraded from a free trial?

Your old trial playlist may still be in the app, and its login has expired. Go to Settings โ†’ Playlists. Select the playlist at the top with the check mark โœ“ (named extreme, My TV Service, cloud tv, proTV or Ruby), scroll down and choose Delete playlist. Then add your new one with your new login. See the steps.

  3. Re-check your service and login

Open your service info email. Make sure you selected the same service in the app (extreme, My TV Service, cloud tv, proTV or Ruby), then compare your username and password letter by letter. They're case-sensitive, and extra spaces at the end are a common mistake. See Add your playlist for the exact steps.

  4. Refresh your playlist

In our app, go to Settings โ†’ Playlists, select your playlist, and choose Update playlist.

  5. Restart everything

Unplug your Fire TV or TV box from the power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. While it restarts, also restart your modem/router the same way. This clears up most problems.

  6. Check the date and time on your device

If your device's date or time is wrong, logins can fail. On Fire TV: Settings โ†’ Preferences โ†’ Date & Time. On Android TV: Settings โ†’ System โ†’ Date & time. Turn on automatic time.

  7. Re-add the playlist

If nothing else works, delete the playlist in Settings โ†’ Playlists and add it again with the details from your email.
