"App not installed" error
First, check for conflicts. Our app is based on TiviMate, and it won't install over top of another app built on the same base. If you have TiviMate installed, or an app from a previous IPTV provider that also used TiviMate, uninstall it first. When in doubt, remove any old IPTV apps before installing ours.
Second, check your storage. If your device is low on space, the app can't install. Remove apps you don't use or clear the cache, then try again.
I can't find Downloader in the Appstore
You may have one of Amazon's newer Fire TV models that runs Vega OS, such as the Fire TV Stick 4K Select or the 2026 Fire TV Stick HD. These models can't install outside apps, so our app won't work on them.
Check your model on our supported devices page. If yours isn't supported, a Fire TV Stick 4K Max or Fire TV Cube is the best upgrade.
My phone or tablet blocks the install ("unsafe app" or "blocked")
Allow your browser to install apps. When Android says your browser or file app isn't allowed to install apps, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back and tap Install.
Google Play Protect warning. If you see a Play Protect message, tap More details and then Install anyway.
Samsung phones and tablets. Newer Galaxy devices have Auto Blocker, which stops all outside apps. Turn it off in Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker, install the app, then you can turn it back on.
